The majority of our sales are for souvenirs. Name-dropping turns a gift into a souvenir. Our free laser marking engraving produces a dark brown mark. Our items have limited space for name-dropping, so brevity is suggested. It is good practice to give us a shorter, second choice. Two-piece per item minimum. | |

Most of our items contain Swarovski Austrian crystals. They are extra bright. Tests have shown that the same item with crystal eyes will sell through four times faster. | |

Our Critter Clay is a proprietary resin that makes a slightly flexible and therefore unbreakable item. Returns for breakage are almost non-existant. Our magnets won't break when dropped to the floor. Our resin, colorants and paints are non-toxic or food-safe. | |

Our magnets are high-strength, washed ceramic. Heavier items use the large, multi-pole magnet. All of our magnet items must pass our 'slam door' test to make sure our magnets won't slide down customer's refrigerators. | |

All product is poly-bagged to keep them clean and undamaged during shipment. Poly-bags are in continuous links, making receiving easy. | |
