This view shows the Shaba Gorge, the same area portrayed in the Africa360 image. Up is always north in Ikonos imagery. The river is flowing left to right. It also shows the location for the Tribal Challenge in episode 2, "Stairway to the Stars" where the teams must carry poles through an overlapping path and erect them to win.
