About the Business:

  • Clay Critters is an Indiana corporation. We have 24 employees in 16,000 square feet of modern, quiet, healthy manufacturing space.
  • Order Minimums: $100.00 for opening orders, $50.00 for reorders. At least 2 each per magnet style.
  • Personalizing or Name-Drops are engraved free of charge with no set-up fee. Laser-marking is permanent and smear-free and makes a dark brown mark. We do not accept returns on personalized items.
  • Damaged goods must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt for credit or replacement.
  • Our ship time generally runs 1 week. Ship dating is OK. We do not backorder.
  • There is no delay on new customers if they provide credit references. We use and report credit to MCC.
  • We accept VISA and MasterCard, COD's are OK.
  • We can add barcode tickets for customers requiring POS barcoding. We can use our registered UCC-UPC-A barcode or the customer’s barcoding. Call to inquire about barcoding requests.

About the Product:

  • The product material is a non-toxic modeling clay, a liquid version of the popular Fimo or Sculpey brands.
  • We use high-strength, multi-pole ceramic magnets.
  • Some items are hand painted, others are produced by a special color swirling process developed by and known only to Clay Critters, many are faux granite, metal filled, or airbrushed with irridescent finish.
  • All of our products are produced in the good old USA, On the Banks of the Wabash, Far, Far Away.
  • Jeweled products sell much faster than non-jeweled despite the higher price.
  • Magnet Displays are offset with product. See the Price List for offset minimums and terms. We make these displays ourselves to keep costs down and quality up. The 6’ floor display moves the most product.
  • Shipping assorted colors are the norm for us, see the brochure. We can do some adjustment like, "No Darks" or "Light & Brights."
  • Special colors are possible at no extra cost. Minimum order for custom color is 48 (±10% shipped and billed) per style.
